We have partnered with Zonos to service our international customers.

Your country flag will automatically display in the lower left corner of your screen. If you are shipping to a different country, simply click on the flag and select the appropriate country. You can click on the flag throughout your shopping experience to see estimated duties and taxes based on the contents of your cart. Once you select ‘proceed to checkout’, you will be presented with the Zonos International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Zonos will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will process the order and have the good(s) transported to your international address.

Return Process

Ship back the item(s) you would like to return per the instructions given to you by our Customer Care Representative. To process your return quicker, please include in your return package: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged products. is responsible for shipping charges on re-shipment of exchanged products only.

  1. Completed Return Form
  2. Order number and/or a copy of the packing slip
  3. Written reason for your return
  4. All returned items must be in original condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

We will reimburse the credit card you used to make your purchase for the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping. In most cases, the return credit will appear on your credit card statement in the next regular billing cycle. If the item(s) being returned was a gift, an online promo code will be issued in lieu of a refund. Returns made more than 30 days past the original purchase date will be honored with a promo code for same amount.

Personalized or customized merchandise is non-refundable.
